FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: prosthetic appliance has forearm bushing 1, artificial hand 33 provided with grip drive, hand rotation electric drive 29, actuating mechanisms 45, setting lever 12 fastened to radial branch 2, grip and rotation control channels provided with control detectors 8, adders 46, pulse converters 47, 48 and power amplifier 49, electric and mechanical feedback circuits. Setting lever 6 is tied to setting rotor 7 of hand grip channel control detector 8. Setting stator 9 of detector 8 is disposed in bearing of armpiece for rotation. Lever of armpiece is connected by hinge with setting rotor of hand rotation channel control detector. Stator 15 of the detector is fastened to rotatable part of forearm bushing. Setting rotor of any control detector is connected with roller of corresponding setting stator by means of elastic member 21. Axes of control detectors are disposed inversely perpendicular. According to other variant of manufacture grip and rotation electric drives 27 and 39 correspondingly are mounted at waist of forearm bushing of handicapped person-operator and connected kinetically with corresponding actuating mechanisms by means of flexible rope transmissions. Comfort at control is improved due to connected motions of hand grip and rotation. Sensitive continuous monitoring is provided.
