FIELD: snow cleaning. SUBSTANCE: working member of rotor-type snow-removing machine has a casing with loading aperture and feeder in the form of warm-conveyor with built-in winding of screws and teeth on cutting edge. Flanges in the form of truncated cones secured to the shaft with smaller bases and larger bases facing each other. Polygonal plate, rejecting blades secured to the plate are provided. Blade length is equal at least to the space between butts of end sections of the warm-conveyor. Polygonal plate is made in the form of toothed disc cutter and installed just opposite the loading aperture. At least one rejecting plate is secured to disc cutter tooth. Disc cutter diameter is equal to screw-type cutter diameter. The blades are secured at an acute angle to disc cutter revolution direction. External part of the blade is not projected beyond disc outer diameter. Rejecting blades are secured with their ends to warm-conveyor butts. Any second tooth of the screw cutter blades is bent aside towards motion of snow mass along the feeder. Disc cutter teeth are provided with sharpened cutting edges and bent aside alternately in opposite directions at acute angles about disc plane. EFFECT: high efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
