SUBSTANCE: device for actuation of packer sealing member has limiter installed in body cylindrical hollow of free end of sleeve, pin is made solid and sleeve has internal annular recess at free end. Retainer is concentrically installed on external surface of bushing in recess of sleeve for successive interaction with end wall of sleeve recess and limiter with axial motion of control valve, successive location and frictional interaction, in this case, respectively, with large and small stages of pin and two-sided thrust interaction of retainer with bushing end and end surface of pin stage in the end working position of control valve. External diameter of bushing is larger than diameter of pin large stage and smaller than diameter of sleeve hollow.
