FIELD: rocketry; heavy launch rockets for long-distance interplanetary flights. SUBSTANCE: propellant tanks of first stage are combined in height with propellant tanks of second stage and are provided with separation system made in the form pyrocords laid over perimeter of contact of propellant tanks of first and second stages. Invention provides several structural arrangement versions: unsymmetrical (propellant tanks of first stage are located on aside of propellant tanks of second stage) and symmetrical (propellant tanks of first stage ate located on either side of propellant tanks of second stage). Construction of launch vehicle provides also availability of load-bearing skeleton for transmission of force from engine plants to third stage and/or to payload.
