FIELD: control of operations, tools and other devices. SUBSTANCE: device has command receptors which are designed as contacts and variable resistors which are connected in series. Said resistors are connected through additional analog row lines to additional analog resistive memory units. Command receptors are connected to power supply source through photo-sensitive resistor, which is optically directed towards vision area of technical eye without lens of said eye. In addition device has additional column lines, which are joint in pairs and are connected to additional analog resistive memory elements of matrix of read-only memory unit, and additional amplifiers which inputs are joint to separate pairs of additional column lines which outputs are connected to comparison relays which contacts are connected to contacts of command receptors.
