FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: guard comprises a rotatable transparent shield and is made up as a telescopic casing mounted for permitting interaction with the turner wrench. The guard is provided with a mechanism for rotating the casing, and system for indication and locking of turner operation. The system of indication and locking includes a system of electric contacts as well as a system of sockets and stops interacting with each other. The guard is provided with a brush for cleaning the shield and a system for wetting it. The wrench for the chuck of the turner has rod provided with the square tip, cross-bar, and facility for the light signalization with a shaped contact terminal. The length of the wrench is chosen so as it can interact with the guard of the turner chuck. The wrench is mounted for permitting reciprocation with respect to the housing.
