FIELD: mineral fertilizers production. SUBSTANCE: purpose is achieved by using treatment of potassium chloride with anticaking reagents preceded by treatment with emulsion of solid paraffins in amount of 10-150 g per 1 t of potassium chloride followed by drying. The paraffins used have melting temperature at least 42-43 C and contain at least 95% of fractions boiling higher than 320 C. Making use of paraffin reduces cost of production of non-caking potassium chloride by a factor of 2.3. EFFECT: reduced cost of production. 1 tbl
