FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant to measure quantity of heat consumed by object from heat supply system. Device measuring quantity of heat incorporates two meters measuring quantity of heat transfer agent with pulse converters 2, 4 installed across inlet and outlet pipe-lines, two thermal resistance converters 5, 6, two pulse formers 7, 8, multiplier 9, adder 10, indication unit 11. Device is supplemented with flip-flops 16, 17 which provide for synchronization of device with signals of meters measuring quantity of heat coming to their inputs and their separate interrogation. Device is inserted in addition with three multipliers 9, 21, 25, three adders 24, 30, 31, first and second subtracters 20, 26 to ensure determination of quantity of heat transfer agent and quantity of heat with allowance for correction for temperature of heat transfer agent separately for inlet and outlet pipe-lines. Additionally provided third and fourth subtracters 32, 33 ensure determination of differences and correspondingly quantity of heat transfer agent and quantity of heat for inlet and outlet pipe-lines. Additional first and second commutators 15, 34, buttons 36-44 of call of parameters for indication, address coder 35 provide for selection of indication and display of one of parameters determined by device.
