FIELD: instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: turns of wire are reeled upon tightly to each other at first without caking to form basic coil. Then coil with caked turns is reeled upon by passing it through hot air under pressure. After that, resistances of both coils are measured, and optimal mode of caking is set from value of resistance difference. EFFECT: restricted short-circuited turns; reduced power consumption. 1 tbl
