FIELD: domestic equipment, may be used in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has handle, stem, spiral and cutting members. Each cutting member has vertical portion and at least three semicircular portions. Vertical portion is positioned in parallel with vertical axis of spiral and is connected with spiral and with one of outer semicircular portions. Semicircular portions are coupled one with the other through horizontal portions so that convex surfaces of middle and outer semicircular portions are oriented in different directions relative to vertical axis of apparatus. Distance between semicircular portions and vertical axis of apparatus is uniformly increasing in the direction of handle. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
