FIELD: materials handling facilities; mechanisms requiring control of state of safety devices. SUBSTANCE: stand has load moment limiter parametric amplification channel with series-connected loading element, pressure sensor and dynamometer, and also control instrument unit with comparison unit coupled with one of inputs of parametric channel. Stand has also parametric channels of boom angle and radius, inclinometer checking and adjustment, anemometer adjusting and control including rotational speed setter and comparison unit with corresponding loading members and parameter sensors connected to control instruments unit. Control instruments unit is made to provide sequential normalization of applied signals and comparing the signals with preset voltage. It has power line approach indicators connected to output of checking and adjustment unit with cycle generator. Stand has also parametric channels of hydraulic loading and precise setting of boom angle sensor in presence of safety device with hydraulic pressure sensor and pendulum type boom angle sensor. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities; enhanced reliability of checking and adjustment. 1 dwg
