FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: door apertures are made on building face wall. Assembled balcony (support beams, base slab, railing etc.) is secured to the wall or on the wall and/or window aperture using clamp brackets. Anchors placed in building wall may be used too. Ledges are made on the support beams placed in the recesses of the wall. The balcony may be installed on the wall without lifting mechanisms. Tension members are used to secure the balcony in more reliable manner. EFFECT: more useful area of apartments. 7 dwg
