FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: exterior wall panel is pre-stressed of cellular concrete with string-type reinforcing, where the reinforcement is winded on internal anchors in two coils over panel thickness. The anchors remains in concrete and interconnected by connecting parts 1, 2, 4 (Fig. 11). Connecting parts 1, 2, 3 (Fig. 11) enter slots 1, 3 (Fig. 12) on its faces and through them are connected to building column. String-type reinforcement 2 (Fig. 3, 4) is infinite and stretched by internal anchors 3, 4 (Fig. 4) provided with support area (Fig. 7).
