FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: glove has flexible enclosure made from natural and synthetic leather and monolithic resilient plastic foam filler introduced into enclosure and adapted to cover wrist, palm rear surface and fingers. Filler is formed as molded insert made from open-cell polyurethane foam possessing high shock-absorbing capacity. Outer and inner surfaces of insert are provided with curved portions conformable with natural curvature of hand and extending transverse to and along the whole length of insert, which is bent for an angle approximating to 90 deg at location adjacent to rear finger flexure and has thickened portion at this location. Curvature radius of outer surface corresponds to that of inner surface. Inner and outer surfaces are asymptotically approximated one to the other on one side at location adjacent to finger ends and on the other side at location adjacent to wrist joint. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 12 cl, 8 dwg
