FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed plate of a die provided with guide columns whereon a movable dia plate is mounted. The movable plate is provided with setting members received in replaceable rings and made up as pins. Adjusting screw and nut are provided in the plate of the die to adjust the setting. The mechanism for locking a saw is made up as mandrel and pressing member mounted on the fixed plate, the pressing member being secured to the movable plate. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
