FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: truss can be used in buildings and structures made of light-weight metal components. It has upper and lower girths interconnected by vertical props, load- bearing component combining dual vertical props along curved line. Located inside the load-bearing component is prestressed rope. Straightline girth and props are combined between each other by small struts 6 and their ends are located at distance of 0.25 to 0.3 h from point of crossing props and upper girth, where h is height of truss. Vertical props are arranged in pairs and each is facing other with its flanges. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg
