FIELD: heating systems; food processing; drying various products. SUBSTANCE: oven body has ash bin and furnace with doors, burner device. Walls of body are provided with holes which are interconnected by means of air passages forming turbolator system in combustion chamber. Besides that, combustion chamber is provided with aerodynamic shield. Oven is provided with devices for mounting driers. Partitions mounted in oven body divide it into kitchen section and heating section. Oven is also provided with gas distributing device for control and disconnection of heating section. Water preheater is mounted in gas duct of oven. Air passages are provided with fins or turbolators. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, considerable saving of fuel, quick heating of rooms, ease of maintenance and extended functional capabilities. 6 cl, 5 dwg
