FIELD: electric power supply. SUBSTANCE: device has clock oscillator 1, and serial circuit of synchronization pulse generator 2 and digital regulation unit 3 which output is connected to digital alternating voltage meter 4, and which control inputs are connected to binary reverse counter 5, which inputs are connected to outputs of AND gates 6 and 7. Read-only memory unit 8, which inputs are connected to output of digital alternating voltage meter 4, is introduced to decrease dynamic error. First and second outputs of read-only memory unit 8 are connected to first inputs of AND gates 6 and 7. In addition device has binary reverse counter 9 and RS flip-flop 10 which outputs are connected to second inputs of AND gates 6 and 7, which third inputs are connected to output of clock oscillator 1 and subtraction input of additional binary reverse counter 9, which zero testing output is connected to single setting input and S input of RS flip-flop 10, which R input is connected to output of synchronization pulse generator 2. Its preliminary setting inputs are connected to other outputs of read-only memory unit 8. EFFECT: increased precision. 4 dwg
