FIELD: primary drives for electric plants and vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has stator rings 1, 2, stator windings 3, 4 which are located on cores which are made in parts of ring sectors shaped by slots 7 which are filled non-magnetic material in areas which are adjacent to said slots. Rotor is made from non-magnetic ring over which circumference permanent magnets 6 are uniformly distributed. Said permanent magnets 6 are by-passed by magnetic circuits 13 which are made from magnetically soft material. When power is supplied to coils of windings 3, 4, cores of each ring 1 and 2 generate same- name poles. corresponding same-name cores of these rings have poles of opposite polarity. Ends of permanent magnets 6 which are directed to cores of stator rings provide same name poles. This results in interference of magnetic flows of stator and rotor which inductance is Bc and Br respectively. Interference leads to deformation of magnetic power lines of these flows which causes mechanic force F= K•Bc•Bp•S, where K is index rate, S is area of common field of rotor and stator. This force runs rotor rotations. In addition counter-electromotive force is not inducted in coils. Device has single magnetic circuit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified design. 6 dwg
