FIELD: power converters. SUBSTANCE: device has fourth-order frequency-selection minimal phase circuit which has parallel circuit of parallel and serial oscillating circuits. Device provides this by means of corresponding position of poles in this circuit and by maximal flat function argument in regulation range. Ratio of wave resistance of serial and parallel oscillating circuits in circuit is greater than one. Their characteristic resonant frequency is equal, working frequency in conversion range is varied between middle and upper frequency of characteristic resonant frequency of circuit. Control unit provides variation in frequency of switching commutator gates in various operating modes and has full-period precision rectifier, adding integrator, reference current source, comparator with symmetric hysteresis loop, integrator with reset input, univibrator which is started by leading edge, clock-controlled D flip-flop, four generators of pulses for control of commutator gates. EFFECT: decreased phase shift between output alternating current and voltage of gate commutator in regulation range, simplified design of control unit. 4 dwg
