FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has induction electric motor 1 and capacitors 5-13. Capacitors 5-10 are connected in series to ring circuit and capacitors 11-13 are connected to delta connection and are connected to electric motor stator winding. Point of connection of capacitors in ring circuit is connected to phases of supply circuit through winding of electric motor stator. Delta capacitors connection terminals are connected to windings of stator. EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability. 2 dwg
