SUBSTANCE: device has mechanical linkage system 1 designed to transmit angular position +/-β of the pipeline sections located near the carriage, commutation unit 3, motor protection unit 4, and transformation. The first input of transformation unit 2 is mechanically linked to the output of mechanical linkage system 1. The other input is an input for signals to change the machine movement direction, and the output is connected to commutation unit 3. Transformation unit 2 is provided with series-connected transducer 5 converting angular movements into electric signals, trigger 3, and logic unit 7. One input of logic unit 7 is the input of transformation unit 2 from the machine movement direction switch, the other input is connected to the output of motor protection unit 4, and the output of logic unit 7 is also the output of transformation unit 2. Transducer 5 has no contacts, and it has two sensitive electromagnetic sensors and a metal sector located on the output shaft of mechanical linkage system 1. It I mounted on the first input of transformation unit 2 for engagement with the sensitive electromagnetic sensors. The sensors have two outputs. One output is connected to the setting input of trigger 6, and the other output is connected to the resetting input of trigger 6. Logic unit 7 is a unit for realization of equation F=Q+П+r++П+F, where Q, and r are signals on the outputs of trigger 6 (Q, ), motor protection unit 4, and appropriate inputs of unit 7 respectively; П, G are signals on the input of unit 7 from the movement direction switch; and F is signal on the output of unit 7 and respectively on the input of unit 3..
