FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises rings, pins for connecting rings, spokes secured on rings by fixators, and annular magnetic system which is adapted to provide axial magnetization, interposed between rings and connected to pins. Annular magnetic system can be realized in form of three in-series arranged subsystems of axially magnetizable annular magnets which are movable along pins, magnetic moments of both extrememost subsystems of annular magnets being opposed to magnetic moment of medium subsystem of annular magnets.
