FIELD: refrigerating engineering; cooling with natural cool air. SUBSTANCE: plant has insulated refrigerating chamber and cold accumulator which contains hermetic reservoir filled with freezing liquid and device for transfer of heat from refrigerating chamber to accumulator; this device has tubular coolant carriers whose one part is located in reservoir of accumulator and other part is located in refrigerating chamber. Device for cooling the liquid in accumulator has tubular coolant carriers whose lower portion is located in reservoir of accumulator and upper portion is located outside it for contact with natural atmospheric air. Each coolant carrier has vertical extended metal housing with flexible walls; housing is filled with liquid at freezing point below the maximum possible negative temperature of natural atmospheric air. Reservoir of accumulator is heat-insulated and is located above refrigerating air. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
