FIELD: nuclear energy engineering. SUBSTANCE: system is concerned to devices for chain reaction emergency shutdown in core composition of water-moderated water-cooled reactors. Upper part of boron vessel 11 has pressurizer 13 composed by vapor chamber 14 and water vessel 15. Flattening pipe 17 connects boron vessel 11 to circulating loop which includes vapor chamber 8 of volume pressurizer 7, so this connection works with gas agent but not in water circuit, in other words mass exchange processing is going in more pure medium. Besides there is no coolant contamination of first circuit by nitrogen and the same for boron vessel by radioactive atoms. Coolant is priming to boron vessel 11 by pressure pipe 19 which is going through core area 2 preliminary and it prevents coolant circulating diminishing in active core 2 as res result of recirculation loop arising.
