FIELD: civil engineering; may be used in construction of buildings and load-carrying and guarding structures built-up and cast-in-situ, and also mortars, both masonry and finishing and, in addition, covering of cast-in-situ floors. SUBSTANCE: composition contains, %: cement, 12-33; fine filler, blast-furnace granulated slag and/or expanded clay aggregate or mixture of fine-fillers with quartz sand in ratio of (0.1:1)-(1:0.1), 30-62; slime, waste of pickling, 7-10; water, the balance. Fine filler has the following fraction composition: 2.5-1.25 mm, 10-15%; 1.25-0.63 mm, 20-25%; 0.63-0.315 mm, 20-25%; 0.315-0.16 mm, the balance. Composition provides for density of 1440-1650 kg/cu.m and compression strength in 28 days of 35-52 MPa. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
