Primary transformer winding is connected to high-voltage dischargers, which are also connected to earth. One terminal of first threshold unit is connected to earth; its second terminal is connected to conductors of transformer supply line and conductors. One terminal of second threshold unit is connected to metal three-dimensional structures; its second terminal is connected to load supply line and conductors.
