The first layer has additionally, wt.-%: iron oxide, 0.2; tin dioxide, 4.5-6.0; and barium oxide, 2-3 at new wt.-% ratio of other components; the second and the third layers have, additionally, wt.-%: iron oxide, 0.25; and barium oxide, 3.5-3.9 at the alternated wt.-% ratio of the known components.
