FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hammer 5 which encloses screw 7 provided with a multi- entrance thread and secured to housing 1. Radial openings 8 of hummer 5 receive pins 9 whereon rollers 10 are mounted through sliding bearings 11. Housing 1 is set on nut 3 to be tightened. When rollers 10 rotates and move forward under the action of gravity they roll over the thread of screw 7. At the end of the stroke cams 6 of hummer 5 impact upon projections 2 on housing 1 thus transmitting torque to nut 3. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
