FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: drive has a stand provided with two pairs of guide pulleys. The pulleys of one of the pairs are connected with the head of the balancer of the sleeve- rocker by way of rope suspensions and have two grooves to provided movement along the stand with respect to the head of the balancer. The pulleys of the other pair are mounted at the wellhead and provided with four grooves to connect the rope suspensions with additional balancing counterweights through the rope suspensions.
