SUBSTANCE: beginning from 20th week of gestation B-lymphocyte content is estimated in peripheral venous blood of pregnant woman, B-lymphocytes carry structures on their surface responding with trepheblastic beta1-glycoprotein. At above 18% value development of late gestosis is predicted. EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction before clinical signs of pathology are revealed, improved prophylactic means directed to prevent development of late gestosis, improved tactics to control pregnant woman. 1 tbl
