FLOAT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: float has housing 1 with supply source 3 arranged in bottom portion and light source 2 in top portion and ring shaped floating chamber 9 in middle portion of housing. Coil spring 10 placed between top portion of housing 1 and chamber 9 is electrically coupled with supply source 3, with fixed electric contact 11 being arranged between coils of spring. Electric insulating tubes are fitted on coils of spring 10. When fish bites the bait, fixed contact 11 on coil of spring 10 closes and light source 2 illuminates. To disconnect supply source 3 after angling and for placing the float in storage shift insulating tubes along coils of spring 10 from top and bottom relative to fixed contact 11. EFFECT: possibility of fishing in dark hours, possibility of adjustment of sensitivity and disconnection of supply without taking out supply source. 4 dwg
