Size of about 80% indicated above particles - less 0.25 mm. Preparation has: lipids 0.13-0.25 wt.-%; amino acids and peptides 0.80 mg/g; cholesterol 0.1-0.2 mg/g; phosphorus 3.5-9.7 wt. -%; calcium 0.15-20.0 wt.-%; iodine 0.02-0.04 wt.-%; magnesium less 6800 mcg/g; barium less 31.30 mcg/g; manganese less 3.5 mcg/g; tin 0.50 mcg/g; copper 0.5-20 mcg/g; iron 60-240 mcg/g; zinc 60-120 mcg/g; lead less 0.35 mcg/g; cadmium less 0.001 mcg/g; cesium 4-12 mcg/g; strontium 5-10 mcg/g, and potassium 300-600 mcg/g.
