FIELD: manufacture of building materials and civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixer has cylindrical housing with loading hatch and unloading valve, electric motor with reduction gear and rotor. Sleeves are mounted on rotor for turn which is limited by compression spring. Rod with blade secured on it is mounted in each sleeve for axial and angular displacement. Rod is provided with helical gear train engageable with end of sleeve and key joint with thrust screws for angular displacement of rod relative to sleeve. Compression spring is mounted on threaded bush which is used for control of its force. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 5 dwg
