FIELD: mechanical engineering; impact-action tools. SUBSTANCE: mushroom-shaped housing 1 of impact screwdriver has massive head. Rod 3 is installed in housing 1 and spring loaded to housing and working end piece 7. Pins 4, 5 are couped with rod and are designed for engagement with guide through slots 2 of housing 1 and inclined slots 8 of working end piece, respectively. Cylindrical bushing 12 encloses housing 1 and covers slots 2. With stroke applied to striker 6, rod 3 moves along housing making working end piece 7 turn. EFFECT: facilitated operation. 1 dwg
