FIELD: method of polymers processing used in production of technical rubber pieces. SUBSTANCE: method of rubber mixtures processing by extrusion simultaneously with dissipation heating exercises material comminution and removal gas-shaped substances from it under temperatures, that are by 10 - 30 C below temperature of vulcanization. Material heating up to temperature of vulcanization and its final mixing is exercised in geared pump. Using pump material is squeezed out through shaping tool. Extruder for rubber mixtures processing has mechanism of dissipation heating. The mechanism is positioned at an angle to worm feeder axis and is made in the form of core mounted with capability of rotation in body. Body has seal at one end and stationary ring at its another end. Comminution mean is mounted in mechanism of dissipation heating. Worm feeder outlet hole is located in mechanism of dissipation heating between comminution mean and seal and comminution mean is formed by core of dissipation heating mechanism and stationary ring of body. Geared pump has feeding roller. The roller is mounted with clearance in respect to upper tooth wheel and without clearance in respect to lower tooth wheel.
