FIELD: footwear production. SUBSTANCE: proposed glue comprises, mas.%: butadiene-nitrile rubber, 6.1-11.9; phenol-formaldehyde resin, 2.0-3.7; polyvinyl chloride, 2.4-7.6; magnesium oxide, 0.6-1.2; zinc oxide, 0.6-1.2; silicium dioxide, 0.8-2.9; ethyl acetate being used as solvent. Proposed glue may be used for fixing upper part of footwear of natural or synthetic leather or synthetic or cotton tissue with its rubber bottom. Said glue comprising quinolone ether (its quantity is 0.3-1 mas.%) may be used for fixing upper part of leather of textile footwear with bottom being manufactured of polyvinyl chloride plastic. Isopropyl alcohol or acetonitrile (their quantities is 18-25 mas.%) may be added to increase storage time of desired glue. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 4 cl, 1 tbl
