FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has cylindrical housing 1 with tangential slotted hole 2, vertical shaft 3 and check valve 4. Housing 1 is enclosed in hermetic chamber 5 partially filled with liquid 6 and is provided with heat exchanger 7 of cooling system mounted on outer surface of chamber 5; sensitive element 8 fitted in upper portion of chamber 5 is heated by external energy source located under vessel 9 fitted with valve 10 connected with chamber 5 by means of pipe line 11 provided with safety valve 12.
