FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method comprises wounding a rope on hollow rods, mounting it on mandrels and bushing with flanges at its end faces united to define individual sections, the bushings being bent out in planes perpendicular to the letter to define reversal and intermediate loops on the hollow rods, removing the rope wound together with the bushings and hollow rods from mandrels, passing each of the ends of the rope through the inner spaces of the hollow rods, removing each hollow rod with simultaneous shifting of it with respect to the end of the rope, and loosening them under the reversal and intermediate loops to form closing loops which are then is tightened to abut reversal and intermediate loops together. Before tightening of the reversal and intermediate loops they are fixed with respect to each other inside each section and their mutual position with respect to each other by the use of an additional mandrel. EFFECT: simplified method. 3 dwg
