FIELD: agricultural engineering; presowing treatment of seeds. SUBSTANCE: seed polishing installation has hopper-meter 1, polishing drum 3 whose shaft 2 is installed on bed frame 6 and connected with drive by V-belt transmission 5. Shaft 2 is hollow and has three sections arranged at angle relative to each other. First section is arranged vertically, middle section is arranged at angle equal to angle of friction of seeds against its inner walls relative to first section. and third section is arranged at acute angles relative to second section in longitudinal and cross planes relative to drum axis. Rim 8 is mounted on bed frame 6 for travel and fixing. Rim 8 is placed around drum 3 and is coupled with drum by means of resilient members of adjustable rigidity.
