FIELD: drilling and casing of oil wells; applicable in cementing of oil and gas wells at temperatures up to 100 C. SUBSTANCE: complex additive is prepared by mixing of 4-5 g (28.6-33.3 mas.%) of cement, 6-8 g (40.0-57.1 mas. %) of waste of production of cebacic acid; 2-4 g (13.4-28.6 mas.%) of ammonium sulfate. Formed mixture is dissolved in water, and volume of solution is brought up to 550 ml; and 1000 g of cement of PTsT-DO-50 grade or PTsT-D20-100 grade is added.
