FIELD: gas-turbine power plants. SUBSTANCE: turbine blade has base and concave feather whose surface is covered with ceramic coat. Blade manufacturing method involves filling of casting mold with molten metal. Coat protects blade against corrosion. Novelty is that dovetailed slots are made on rod surface to receive ceramic fibers fixed to ceramic coat. Ceramic fibers are bundled and fibers or threads are helically twisted; thread is provided in metal walls of slots including screw grooves around slot. Loops of ceramic bundles are wound onto rod end distant from base so that winding turns are passed through channels in base. During blade manufacture, ceramic fiber bundles are placed on inner surface of mold and secured in the form of fins contracting at point of their fixation. Inner part of mold is made in the form of fibrous-material layer. Fibrous material sheet is used for the purpose, fibrous fins are fastened on top part of sheet and filled with molten polymer by dipping fins into it. Heat-resistant coat is made of ceramic fibers to protect blade against corrosion, and air is passed from blade through voids between fibers which displaces combustion products.
