SUBSTANCE: distributor has sectional penstock with inlet pipe and circuit part around model installation region, as well as outlet pipes with nozzle uniformly arranged over circle. Penstock sections connected to outlet pipes are rectilinear, and/or same straight sections are provided at terminal outlet pipes. Coaxially flanged to mentioned straight sections are changeable inserts of different length which enables varying area embraced by distributors while maintaining constant the tangential direction of nozzle axes relative to circumferences of different diameter. EFFECT: provision for testing variable-diameter models of hydraulic turbines. 2 dwg
