FIELD: mixing apparatus. SUBSTANCE: mixer is intended for continuous mixing of solid and liquid materials with their physical properties varying widely without reduction of quality of product. Device has rotating turbine 22 enclosed in housing 20. Turbine is so profiled that there is clearance into rotating flow of liquid for solid matter to penetrate into it. Liquid enters turbine at preset pressure through circular suction hole. Device is so designed that relation of solid matter to liquid remains constant from moment of initial contact between them up to moment of discharge from device in the form of ready mixed product. Liquid delivery pressure is adjusted so that it is higher than minimal pressure and lower than maximal pressure of rotating mass of liquid. Liquid flow is delivered into rotating mass of liquid in direction perpendicular to its circular cross-section with inner radius larger than radius of clearance, and with outer radius smaller than outer radius of rotating mass of liquid.
