SUBSTANCE: for making luminescent lamp cover invention proposes to use luminophore suspension containing binding agent - varnish "БМК-5" based on copolymer of butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid dissolved in butyl acetate, luminophore, hardening agent that is prepared of glass-like mixture of oxides: 0.3 CaO x 0.7 BaO x 1.5 x B2O3, addition agent - lanthanum oxide (La2O3) at particle size 0.1-1 mcm at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: luminophore, 53.2-55.1; glass-like mixture of oxides: 0.2 CaO x 0.7 BaO x 1.5 x B2O3, 0.3-2.7; lanthanum oxide, 0.5-1.6; varnish based on copolymer of methylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid dissolved in butyl acetate, 42.5-44.1; and butyl acetate, the balance.
