FIELD: production of construction materials, manufacture of ferroconcrete articles, construction and road-building organizations. SUBSTANCE: density and bulk density of components are found. Granulometric analysis of loose components is conducted. Coefficients of granules moving apart and consumption of crushed stone, sand, cement and water for preparation of 1.0 cu.m compacted concrete mixture are calculated. Fractions with granule sizes d1, d2,...dn, satisfying condition d1>d2> ... >dn and 1<d2/d1>d3/d2> ... dn/dn-1>0 are used in process. Compositions of mixtures of crushed stone are calculated by formulas. Mixtures of crushed stone with minimal value of hollowness are chosen from several combinations of binary, ternary or quarter mixtures of crushed stone for calculation of concrete mixture. Consumption of crushed stone, sand cement and water is calculated by formulas. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 3 tbl
