FIELD: agricultural machinery. SUBSTANCE: rotary device has axle 1 and mounted on axle are nonrotating disk 4 and rotating disk 4. Axle 1 has passage 2 which by its one end is connected with vessel for liquid ammonia, and by other end is connected with pipes 5 for introducing ammonia into soil. Device is provided with vessel 7 for complex liquid fertilizer, and axle 1 also has additional passage 6 which by its one end is connected with vessel 7 and by other end - with additional vessel 15. Secured on nonrotating disk 3 are two proportioning chambers 8. One chamber 8 is connected by passage 9 with vessel for dehydrated ammonia, and other chamber 8 is connected by additional passage made in nonrotating disk 3 with additional vessel 15. Rotating disk 4 has several bores and each of them is provided with branching passage for alternate connection with proportioning chambers 8 connected with pipes 5 for fertilizer introduction.
