FIELD: medical engineering, biocorrectors for use in vertebrology. SUBSTANCE: device comprises rod 1 carrying supporting elements 2, 3 with hooks 4, 5. Inventive novelty of endocorrector resides in fact that its supporting elements 2, 3 are provided with supporting projections 6, 7 which length is equal to 3/4 of hook length. Supporting projections 6, 7 are arranged at an angle 75-80 deg with respect to supporting element at axial end of supporting element opposed to hook made in the form of arc attachable from outside and capable to envelop vertebral arch by 145-160 deg. This feature makes it possible to increase stability of whole structure thereby rendering less probable fractures of supporting vertebrae and reducing risk of neurological complications. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency.
