VACUUM PACKING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: packing of products, goods and articles in film packets under vacuum or in shielding inert gas atmospheres. SUBSTANCE: machine has working chamber with cover, welding unit whose movable beam is freely fitted on drive cylinder rod, shelf for placing packets with articles and evacuation system. Design peculiarity of machine is axleless movable attachment of cover with end face rib thrusting against housing. Cover is spring-loaded through brackets arranged in slots. Shelf is made in form of detachable plates with gas filling nozzle placed opposite to shelf. Rod of drive cylinder is made current carrying. Diaphragm is mounted on piston of cylinder and it secured in cylinder. Diaphragm is freely placed between them on ring bead. EFFECT: improved quality of packing. 2 dwg
