DETERGENT IN FORM OF SHAPED SOLID BODY, BAR-SHAPED DETERGENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BAR-SHAPED DETERGENT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry, production of soaps and detergents. SUBSTANCE: detergent in form of shaped solid body has framework structure in form of open three-dimensional lattice formed by elongate crystals of neutralized mono- and/or dicarboxylic acid. Invention is directed to bar-shaped detergent consisting of at least two phases, namely: aqueous phase and solid phase with framework structure constituted by open lattice formed by elongate crystals of neutralized mono- and/or dicarboxylic acid, bar penetrating to depth of from 0 to 12 mm into sample 25 mm deep at temperature 25 C. Method involves shaping aqueous phase of melt containing 20 to 94% of water and 5 to 75% of neutralized carboxylic acid, casting into moulds and moulding by cooling.
